Default Early holiday present from me to me!

I gifted to me ... from me ... EQ7! Excited or what?!! Now I get to play. I have read and seen so many posts on this quilting board by members who use EQ. It has always tweaked my interest and today I took the plunge. Thank you all!!

Welcome to the EQ club Weasie. Try doing the basic by getting a block from the block library and drawing a quilt layout in the sketchbook. I have own a version of this program since 1995. I am still trying to get up to full speed with version 7. The more you try different things, the more you will learn. Be sure to download the monthly free fabrics and JUST HAVE FUN!!

think you are going to love it--take advantage of the free lessons offered via the Do You EQ website. I've also found the Pieced Drawing book and the Quilt Design book they publish--I use them like reference books for those things that I don't use often and need some "refresher". Also, a group of us that have EQ in my local guild get together monthly and share with each other-it's been really fun and helpful--see if some of your friends that have EQ want to do that.
