I totally agree, more blocks for filling in. No border at all, then probably just a solid white or brown binding, for a very vintage look. Hey, Alva, I just noticed we are neighbors. I live in Lake Helen. ;o)

Wow! Thanks for all the suggestions. I was thinking of making more blocks to fill in the triangles too but wasn't sure how to finish it up after that. I pulled some of the blocks apart so more of the white design board showed through as though it were sashing. Not sure I like all that white. Oh boy! Decisions, decisions, decisions. I'm not sure about the suggestion to put a square at the point of the triangle where it meets the body of the quilt top. Not sure how to put a square at the end of a triangle but maybe I misunderstood the suggestion. LOL I have so many projects in the works but I hope to complete all of them! My UFO pile is getting toooooo long.

With the center of each block being white, white setting triangles seem natural.

I like the idea of white. It finishes it well with the white in the blockpeace

I, too, think a dark color, purple or black, for the corners.

Love your pattern and fabrics. I would make the setting triangles white, then a narrow border of color and then a wider border.

I might add a white sashing between the blocks to make all the color blocks float and use white setting triangles to complete the look.

I love your quilt; I like scrappy I guess and my first thought on seeing it was white also. Good luck.
