    Northern lass. The pictures are not a line of fabric. I had an old calendar that was just too cute to throw away. I had them transferred to fabric at a shop that prints tee shirts. The geese was a way to add some width to the quilt without just big sashing. Since the pictures were an odd size to match up I did not do a full sashing of them. Just wingin it as I went

    You "winged" very well and made a splendid and very unusual quilt with great innovation. Kudos to you for a winner.
