Well I just junked my almost finished post card. Yikes! While sleeping last night I came up with a new idea for my same chosen theme. I already have it started so I hope to still get it out by the end of the week. 🌲

Mom is back home and rehab soon to follow. I had to laugh at how she ordered lunch. She called the hospital lunch hot line and asked for something tasty. Seriously. She was hopeful.

Glad she is back home, and hope rehab goes well.

I'm loving the postcards this month, they're all great!

After my stay in the hospital and rehab, I understand where she is coming from. There was nothing tasty during my stay! Sometime last year I saw where execs at a Canadian hospital ate food put out by their food services and then agreed it was not what they would want to eat. So changes were made top to bottom.

Woo hoo! Excited to see it. I have my peltex cut out and design worked out but we have been a house of illness! All three of us laid up with a wicked upper respiratory virus for the past 4-5 days! Hopefully get it sent Tuesday. Thank you JuneBillie!

Your welcome Cogito, and I am so sorry to hear of all the illness. You just concentrate on feeling better.

Default Wear a Hat! It's Cozy!

Gee everyone, please get well soon...seems like this is the season for nasty colds & such, take care of yourselves - there's another 2 weeks of January, so plenty of time to get it on with the PCs and get it out.

Since today IS National Hat Day, the 15th, I'm posting my PC (which I know my partner has received). Idea was generated by seeing an etching by the Italian artist Mimmo Paladino, so I made it in fabric, with hats. Hope you enjoy it, I certainly enjoyed putting it together.
