Default Comfort quilt for a friend

I made this quilt for a friend who had his first heart attack when he was in his forties, he is only 50 now but he has had numerous health issues since then and told me one day that he's cold all the time so I made him the quilt. It has been finished for a while but just getting around to posting a picture of it since it is based on the quilt by Jeanne S. Thanks for the inspiration and sharing your pattern.

Such a nice looking quilt and love your quilting design. I am sure your friend will treasure it. I love the tutorial by Jeanne S. and have been wanting to make one from your design. I think you have inspired me to start.
