My friend and I are going tomorrow. It's going to be a fast trip, since she has to be back in San Diego by 4:30 - but better a quick trip than not at all.

I was there taking classes on Mon. and Tues., but of course the show wasn't open then. But they are stressing NO outside food or drink and will be checking bags. I imagine the food vendors want this. One woman in my class had her food thrown away by security. Just thought I'd warn you.

So, long lines at the food vendors, but the show is always worth it. I'm going back on Fri. with 2 friends to see the show. Can't wait.

I did receive an email regarding security. They are checking all the bags..... I am not going but for other shows I have just put my debit card in my class name badge lanyard. Take in an empty tote for all the wonderful things for purchase......

I went yesterday yes they just look in your bag. They said you could bring your own lunch but you can't eat it inside. Something like that. Also as for seating inside the tent area alot of chairs and some tables, at the other end there is a cafe with a few tables but upstairs are also tables and chairs. Buy where you shop maybe a few. So if you need a walker type or scooter I think you can rent one. Or bring your walker seat.
It's really big show and lots to see so many Beautiful Quilts. Im thinking about going back tomorrow or Sunday.
