    I am sitting here reading and watching Quilt in a Day with Eleanor Burns, and funny enough she is demonstrating your quilt. She calls it “Buckeye Beauty”. I guess timing really is everything. Lol.

    That is funny... I think Buckeye Beauty is when the whites and colors are reversed. Same blocks and pattern, tho.

    Default batik strips

    Been on a log cabin kick, have done about 6 different layouts, all for charity. Colors are a bit brighter, was not a really sunny day when I took the picture.
    I think this layout is probably my favorite so far. Still have lots of batik scraps, brights and neutrals, so am going to keep going!

    Those are both gorgeous! Jenner8r, I may have to use that pattern for my 1.5" scraps I've been using as leaders and enders. I love the two scrap borders you made!
