The top here was made years ago. I finally got it quilted and love it! It's the same blocks as a Jacob's Ladder... 4 patches and HSTs, just arranged differently. Does anyone know what this arrangement is called? Hubby has claimed this one for his bed!

That is funny... I think Buckeye Beauty is when the whites and colors are reversed. Same blocks and pattern, tho.

batik strips
Been on a log cabin kick, have done about 6 different layouts, all for charity. Colors are a bit brighter, was not a really sunny day when I took the picture.
I think this layout is probably my favorite so far. Still have lots of batik scraps, brights and neutrals, so am going to keep going!
