    Default Hot Fudge sauce

This is the best recipe I have ever made!! addicting!

1 12 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
    !/2 cup sugar
Bring to boil in saucepan stirring constantly
add I T butter, 1 t vanilla. stir till butter is melted and blended in. this will get thick as it cools.
I keep in a jar in the fridge for on Ice cream or sometimes I sneak an spoon full for a treat!!
I place some in my bowl pop it in the microwave for 15 seconds and add icecream. Yummy!!

Sounds great. Most restaurants blend Nestles Quik with a little hot milk until smooth and thick. Simple, cheap, and very tasty. For decadence use half and half milk.

I had Nestles Quick and milk. It was delicious over ice cream. I then tried the strawberry Quick and loved that too. Who knew? And the Quick has vitamins in it. LOL
