Macybaby you send for 6 people. You don't include yourself.

Hi Everyone, Could you all just let me know how many sets you're doing.

Macybaby, it depends on how many sets everyone is sending..
the last swap I kept the duplicates and I had to double up on some but no one got their own back.

Honchey I maybe out on this swap. I do not have lot of winter themed scraps. I have enough to do 4 piles of 4 with out repeating scrappy fabrics. I'm able to make blocks like these below where 1 of the scrappy is in a different spot.I haven't trimmed the blocks up yet. That is my last step once I get enough for a set.

I can squeeze 4 sets. That is the best I can do without having the same scrappy prints in one baggie.

I have enough cut to do 4 sets of 10. I am repeating my neutrals though. I can always do more if needed but that’s where I am with cutting-hoping to sew tomorrow.

I cut enough for ten sets, and have five sewn so far. While my sets use the same fabrics (50 prints and 20 neutrals) I'm sewing them up randomly so if someone got two sets from me, the blocks will all be different.

I am OK with getting sets with repeat fabric, but I don't want to get repeat blocks.

Honchey-
Please don't be sorry that you started this swap. I think everyone is having fun doing it. I am sure it is a hassle to organize a swap and get everyone on the same track as to what colors to use. It will all work out fine.
