Default Has anyone bought from Temu?

Has anyone bought from Temu? Their prices seem very low with free shipping and free 90 day returns. Are their products decent quality? I am looking to buy large spools of thread. TIA

It's another one of the far East vendor aggregators, not an actual merchant themselves. There is very little history as they've existed for less than a year.

I would not purchase from them.

I've seen a lot of their ads on FB, which makes me very leery.
When shopping online, I usually look for a website with an actual physical address and phone number, and I will call them to verify that there are actual human beans working at an actual business. One company I looked into had an address but no phone, which made me suspicious. I googled the address and found that it did not exist. I won't buy from hinky businesses like that.

If it gives you bad vibes or seems fishy don't buy from them.

Remember, if the price seems to good to be true, there is usually a catch somewhere. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. I purchase only from trusted websites.

I have a friend who buys from them all the time and he has been happy with the results. He did say their prices change. It’s like you have so many minutes to buy it at that price.
