Lovely gifts of love. Your carpenter Star is so nice!

Great jobs! Kids are so cute! If I lived in a neighborhood, they would all have to have one as cute as yours!
I don't know how long it takes to make a quilt because I never make one start to finish. I work on 3-4 at a time at my own pace. I really don't know how to answer the How long did it take you to make? question.

Two quilts from start to completed isn't slow to me. I applaud your great progress. I only get a couple of hours a day to sew before my back starts to act up and I have to give it up for the day, so it takes me longer now to make a quilt. Working on a scrap quilt now that has taken me weeks to make 35 blocks!

Your quilts are wonderful! I don't think making 2 in a month is slow at all. Enjoying the process is all that matters anyway.

I am always amazed at how many quilts other people make and show here. I am a slow sewer but I love to make quilts!
The quilts are both beautiful! The speed of sewing isn't important; the enjoyment is. If you don't enjoy it, you'll never want to sit down and sew.

Hey, don't beat yourself up. When you can only sit and sew for maybe 20 minutes a day, you are doing great.
