This is my first try and a day and night quilt. Please don't look too carefully at it. It is for a friend who has cancer, so it is the thought that counts.

Well - I am no expert - but think you have done a wonderful job. And there is a lot of love there for your friend and it shows plainly.

A dear friend made me a quilt when I had cancer. It is by far the sweetest gift I have been given as she is in her 80's and hand quilted it with hearts. She told me she bought all the fabrics thinking of me with each piece. Of course it is in pinks!

I know your friend will be touched beyond words. God bless you for being such a caring and loving friend  I hope she does well. Her quilt is gorgeous!!!

Love it. This is the very 1st quilting book I bought. I am going to do one for my 3rd daughter in Red Black and White. Did you like doing this pattern?
