Appliqued Memory Quilt for MIL's 90th
#91
Oh my, what a fabulous tribute to your MIL! I can only hope and pray that my daughters-in law think as highly of me. I had tears in my eyes reading the label/tribute, you are not only a very talented quilter but you also have a wonderful way with words.

Your caring thoughts, workmanship and love combine to make this a masterpiece quilt. I am sure it is well loved and what a wonderful thing for you to do. Daughters-in-law like you are rare. May you receive the same kind of love in return as you have given here. Bless you. Please share with us more often.

I didn't take any closeups of the back, except for the jar block. I do have the crossword puzzle and clues in a separate file however so you are welcome to read if I can get them to post : )

I showed this to DH who sort of groaned to have to interupt what he was doing, and his reaction? OH MY what a treasured heirloom that will be! Gotta tell you, he was as impressed as I am.
A GREAT idea and so very well done!
