How different! I like it. My mind is so set on using a huge variety of scraps, I would have never thought of this. Very clever.

Thanks. I found I had tons of scraps in these fabrics and that is why I did it...didn't put much of a dent in those scraps lol

Well maybe I should play with that idea. I do love it sooo neutral.....hmmmm let me think about this

I have never really liked any of the string quilts that I've seen....but yours is beautiful!!!!! It's classic yet very modern!!!!!!

Thanks..like all quilts ...not all styles are for everyone but I do think this is a bit more modern looking..really think it is much prettier in life than in the picture

That is a new perspective on a string quilt and I love it! It has such a calming feel just looking at it!

Wow! I love it in off whites. I did one in pinks and reds. I like it. My DD said it was too much. It is a bed sized quilt. Maybe if I had just done the throw I started out doing, it would have been better.
