These are new to me and sound blissful, if dangerous. But less dangerous then having a huge extra amount of cake and fudge just calling my name. Thanks.

"Fudge For One

Ingredients

1/3 cup sugar
1 heaping Tablespoon cocoa
1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons milk
1 scant Tablespoon butter or magarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla

How to make it

Mix in 1 qt. glass measuring cup: sugar, cocoa, and milk.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir.
Microwave for 40 seconds.
Add butter and vanilla.
Beat until thick. "

Question please, do you put in in a dish or something after it's thick or just eat it right out of the dish? This sounds like it could REALLY get me in trouble.

That's the same with me with popcorn and potato chips. I was complaining to my SIL one time about the bags of microwave popcorn. And that they just aren't the right size. She said that they make family size bags; and I told her that to me those were single serving size. I love the salty stuff, can't eat chocolate.

I have made up my own recipes for 2 minutes brownies, blond brownies with choc. chips, also 2min., pecan pie filling, etc. all "baked in the microwave." But reading the posts on this board is less fattening and more "ful"filing.

NUTS!!! That's a good idea Dodee! Either one of them would be great with some nuts in them.
