did you use a stabilizer when using silk or poly? great job.

Have a ton of the poly but it is difficult to work with so guess that's why it's still sitting...lol...love yours! TFS! I have a big bag of satin scraps that will be more fun to work with and won't need stabilizers so will start with those. After seeing these, I am now inspired to do something with mine! :D :D :D

Leslie, these are absolutely beautiful! I have many poly crepe de chines which were purchased for blouses and dresses. I have used scraps left from clothing construction and a very sheer iron on interfacing to give them more stability. I thought about using them on crazy quilting, but never thought about traditional pieced blocks! Your work looks lovely! I am glad you posted them! They are inspiring! :D :D :D
