I have a Viking a bit older than that but absolutely love the machine. Have had it for 10+ years now and have never had a seconds worth of trouble with it. Enjoy!

Congratulations!! I know just how you feel! I started quilting with with a small, lightweight Brother with very little work area & I saved for a year & got together half the money for my dream machine (Laura Ashley NX-2000), when my DH found out how much I really wanted it and why, he put in the rest for me to have it just before last Christmas! I hope you have as much fun with your new machine!! Doing the happy dance with you! :-)

I, too, have an old Viking 940. Bought it new in 1982, I think it was. I, too, have never had any trouble with it at all. So dependable. Love my Viking.

Congratulations have you the area all clean and ready for the new baby. It's like being a child again waiting for Santa. Such an exciting feeling.
