    linen is a very *wrinkly* fabric no matter what you do with it...but it wears like steel- this beautiful quilt will last for many, many, many years. it turned out wonderful. your aunt is going to absolutely love it!

    You are too hard on yourself. It was made with love for your Aunt and I'm sure she's not going to notice the so-called problems. A quilt is a gift of love, not a gift of perfection. She will cherish it.
