I wasn't sure what you meant by limited til I looked at the link but I'd be happy to find a 301 for $75!:-) any of them LOL! awesome! my mom had good luck at sales - I got them when she passed and am still going through them all bit by bit - some fun finds in the bunch just wish I had her to share them with.

I have no idea if it's worth more but my guess is that it would be for some people.
How funny that you checked and you have one too! OK I am not feeling as special now lol!

Haha! I had only stumbled on that after looking up my first 301 serial number trying to find out how old it was. I had never heard of a limited edition either. Then I started thinking it would be cool to find one. I wasn't really sorting through a bunch of them looking. I just sorta lucked into it!

Lucky you! I have its two sister 301's........ a tan/cream 301 shortbed I got for $15 and the mocha 301 longbed I just got for $10, neither one in a cabnit but both have the trapazoid cases. So looking for my blk 301, not sure if the blk comes in both longbed and shortbed????

Nice find!!! I think I prefer the black color for 301's, but I'm not sure I've seen all the variations in person yet.

From what I've seen in my market any 301 for less than $100 is a good deal. I hope you got it for $75 or less like you originally talked about with her.
Congrats on your new machine!

So it was worth it? They go for much more than that here, believe me. It looks in pretty good shape!!
