I like that idea! cutting up the fabric with the ducks would not be fun to see!

BQ by Maple Island Quilts is a really quick pattern. http://mapleislandquilts.com/miq-patterns/bq-nation/ I haven't made any other than the first one, but it would be my go to pattern for a quick quilt with a minimum of fabrics. I made this one for my brother in law who was going through cancer treatments.

Barb, I also thought of the BQ quilt patterns. All are very striking with a larger print, and look more complicated than they actually are to make. Krystyna, please post a picture of your finished quilt, so we can see it. Love the colors in your fabrics!!

Take Five is my go to for fast. You'd need one more fabric, but with trying to get some of your stashe used, that would be a good thing, right?

Krystyna - I'm actually where you are in life about using up fabric before I leave this world. I don't want anyone else having to deal with my quilting stash. I'm finishing up my 9th quilt this year and gifting them all to nieces, nephews, gifts, etc. Patterns I've done are disappearing nine patch, race quilts and squares. They are all scrappy and I really like how they have all turned out. I FMQ my own quilts so it doesn't cost that much and my stash is going down. I also use what I have for backings by piecing. I'm having fun and I like the pattern suggested above. Good luck.

Take a look at a pattern called Crazy Eights...it makes a fast quilt. Must say that I love the duck stamp material!! Where did you find that one?

Linda I am pretty sure I got it at Joann's when they had a 50% off Red Dot with a 20% off everything coupon. I have about 10 yards of the stuff! Crazy, isn't it?

Coopah, I think I will use this on my abundance of bear and moose fabrics!

Barb, we have a winner! The duck stamps will go where your prints are, the geese in ponds where the red is, and the flying geese where the blue is. I will use the dark blue where you have the red border. Thank you! I knew I could count on you guys! Off to buy the pattern!
