aloha o winter------aloha to Spring. Winter was something I did no miss when I lived there. Love your blocks and it did remind me of Hawaii.

I love Hawaiian quilting and your blocks are lovely. Seeing them reminds me I have a wall hanging to hand quilt. I lived on Oahu for a year growing up in the 70s. My Mom started it and got the applique done by the time we moved back to the mainland, then she put it away. Recently she found it and gave it to me. I'm not a hand quilter, but I will for this piece.

They are beautiful, reminds me of the warm ocean and blues skies when I had the opportunity to go there a few years ago.
