A year ago I came across a company that makes quilt blocks featuring the National Parks of the US as well as the all the states. My parents have been on a quest to visit all the national parks and they have been to the majority of them. I ordered 49 of the national park blocks and made a quilt for my parents and gifted it to them this past Christmas. On each block I wrote the date of when they visited the park. They absolutely loved it!!!!
Oh that is beautiful, and I can see how it is so special to them.
