Well, poor Dorrell Ann got tired of waiting for my old LATE SELF, so she sent me the quilt she made for me...it's the cutest!! I'll take a picture tonite and post it. Just wanted to let you all know SHE was on time....and I am going to be 1 day late sending!! BOO on me!! :cry:

Look what came today. A cute little DQ for my quilting room that letsquilt made for me. The colors match the room and I can't wait to hang it up. I love it and the gifts you sent. Thank you letsquilt you did a great job.

Look at the wonderful quilt that I received from Iluv2quilt today! What a precious 'egg' for April! Applique is so NOT my thing, so I'm glad that she loves to do it. She also sent two lovely blue/gold FQs of tiny motifs. I think maybe I'll try to use them as my inspiration for the May swap!

I'm so glad you like your doll quilt! It just needs a bit of starch and ironing from being folded up in the envelope. I can't wait to receive mine, maybe it'll be there today, I'll be on the lookout.

I got my quilt from Heavenly Threads today and I just love it!! The Civil War repro fabrics just add to the center Singer panel and it is all hand done. It's definitely going to be hanging in my sewing area in the living room. I wonder if she had any inkling that I have 10 vintage Singers dating from 1913 to 1966?? :?: :?: . The second one is the one I made for her. I know she is a newcomer to the board and might not know about posting pictures so I will post it. They are complete opposites, aren't they?
