I received my quilt and so sorry it has taken me so long to post. I fractured both my heels and have been in bad shape. The quilt could not have been more me. I absolultely adore it. Thank you Nanci! Hope you enjoy mine. My husband is mailing it today!

hav4boys-- i'm pleased you like it! i can't believe you were able to finish mine with all you have happening! i did forget to mention, if you count the white stars you will see there are 50, one for each state. i wanted to use the gold star on the back as the label, but when i tried to write on it the letters vanished. note to self: write the label before attaching to the quilt! doh!

hav4boys, and nancia that is such a beautiful mini quilt. It is so pretty how the stripes and stars are done, and I love how you put the words. I love the words too. I don't hear them enough anymore. There is 50 stars too, I counted. So many talented people on this board. hav4boys, I hope you are recovering ok. That is not something easily got over when it's your feet like that. I will remember you in my prayers.

Folks even though I do confess to taking a lot of pic, I still seen that when I am doing it that it would upload a few past when I finished that I did not know it did until they appeared. So that is why it would tell me I couldn't upload anymore I guess. Anyway, I seen that is what happened. Great swap, everyone made beautiful mini's, and can't wait to see more. junebillie and havplenty--such a great modern quilt! love the different styles of fabrics, the summer riot of colors, and the 'ggroovy' quilting (really, it goes in grooves)! nice job!!
