I thought most animals had their babies in the spring and not fall. Do you have really mild winters where you live?

Yes, our winters are mild. They have a barn they can go into out of the weather.
Thanks gals for all of your compliments & no I do not spin the wool. Shoot I would then have to live to be 150 or so with all I have to accomplish. I have 20 grandkids & 6 children & my goal is to make all of them a quilt. So if I took up spinning I wouldn't be able to sew. I have had the wool made into battings for my quilts. Hope it works for them.

that baby is just too cute for words. My friend in Muscatine lived by a llama farm and the babies were just like little lambs.

my sister has 2 male alpacas and they are so cute she would love to have a girl but they are so expensive. they are so loving and I love their big eyes.
And your babies are so very cute.
