Oops, how embarrassing - I started this thread and I mis-read the instructions! I wondered why everyone was posting a specific sentence. Reread the instructions, went back and....
If you take the first sentence as the one that's continued from the previous page, then it's:
"All the books said first-time mothers had longer labors anyway."
Huh. Not at my age!
But if I take the first full sentence on the page, it's "Everything would be fine."
I like that one!

I think you got the best one, lol! What book is it from?
Connie, the first image it brought to mind was of a toddler getting into the pots and pans and banging them together. So I'd say you'll be doing some bangin' this year, hun!
(Of course, it could also mean you should cook a nice dinner for that special someone.)
No fears. It likely means that Fate or whatever is planning something especially nice for you this year. Favors are good things. Have fun!
Elisabeth, you have to be positive. It could well mean that you're going to get very cozy with a certain someone on a cold winter's day!
Well, it could mean you'll be getting to know a Scotsman this year! But it's about bagpipes. I have to say, the way they look has always reminded me of... well, it fits the context. Somehow. You will have bagpipes (or what they resemble) in your life this year.

Oh my heavens..I better wait to do this when I get home. I was on my droid phone waiting for hubby in the book store...trying to find a certain wood crafters book..and where I had stopped, I looked over and there before my eyes was a book with the man/woman symbols on it. So I better wait.. my DH laughed at me when I told him..as did the woman that runs the bookstore when I explained at the checkout.

Wha-at?? You had a book with a very promising cover on it and you didn't even check what page 45 said?? I'll be interested to see what you find at home instead.

thank goodness the UPS man had just dropped off my new book Jayne Krentz "Copper Beach". I have been reading Maya Banks-at 66 I could never survive her antics!
Page 45-Quinn warned me that his son was sick in the head. Evil Sick.
I know that I can be off the wall at times but my medicine takes care of most of it!! LOL
