    I got some weights I could use but while I am gathering up all my sewing material and putting them back in the right stash, I have the oldies playing and I dance a while. Try it. LOL

    This doesn't really classify as "working out", but the least you can do is put your ironing table one one end of the room and your sewing machine on the other, so you DO have to get up and walk some steps while you are sewing. Maybe store some stuff upstairs so you must climb stairs every so often? And keep the snacks in the kitchen!

    eta... sorry, should have read all the posts to see that these ideas have already been mentioned!
