QuilterMomma, I could have if I had any novelty fabrics, don't know where I even got these. I should have called and had you send me some And don't forget, I have seen all those bins in your garage We're both fabriholics!!
Remember, those bins are scraps and pieces smaller than 10" from all the quilts I have made. LOL

i have not been able to shake the heavy feelings about my mom's health. Throwing clothes in suitcase and heading back up North. Won't be sewing but if she is deteriorating as fast as my sister and I feel I will go home take care of matters here and kit up all the blocks for the three month group. Grab my traveling sewing machine and head back up. Lots going on in our family right now. Feel I'm going 100 mph one way then have to slam on brakes and head to another critical issue. Several options have opened up concerning my granddaughter, options that we have prayed for for years. Thankully dd is fine with me being a phone call away but it is all getting to be a bit overwhelming for me.

corrected block for moonrise

I have read over the instructions and noticed the chartreuse green that is in the print isn't mentioned, is it okay to use or not?

Here is a spoiler for you this is just 1/4 of the block though.
Wow!!! Yes, you can use the chartreuse green color. Can't wait to see it! (Sorry for the slow response. Crazy weekend!)

I've got your other one nearly finished just waiting on color info. Hope you ladies don't get tired of looking at this block, it seems to work in many color combos.
Awesome, thanks!
