The recipients of the ornaments shown so far will be very happy people!
I like to keep some choice Christmas-y items out all year myself. It just makes me happy to do so.

(not the president in office) They are sold every year as a commemorative piece. If you google White House Christmas ornaments, they will come up and you can go to check them all out. You can buy the years back ones too. A really cool gift to receive. They are made of tin I think. Here is one of them.
My son and daughter in law got back from a trip to Washington DC, and he has stuff for me. He said that a couple I won't get until Christmas and they are ornaments so I can't wait to see them.

Oh, I almost forgot I have my set of ornaments for my partner. I hope she likes them. I will get them sent off either tomorrow or Tuesday. I am also finishing up on a table runner for my Secret Santa, and then either start on another one or a set of Christmas Mug Rugs as some more things for Secret Santa's.
Need to pick up some more items this week for Secret Santa's so I am going to be busy.
