yes, and it is images like these that keep them making the $39.00 quilts that you and I could never dream of producing!
It also keeps people from realizing just how much HARD work WE put into a quilt!

I think promoting those sweat shops with guys sitting on little wooden stools all day stooped over like that is sad!

I've got two of these - one for my overlocker/serger and one for my domestic machine - the only difference is that they are larger on the industrial machines. You should be able to buy them from your sewing machine supplier. Only thing is they are expensive - I paid $75 for mine, but I suppose they are cheaper in the States. Although I know you are joking, they really do make a lot of difference to the speed and the finish is OK.
The finish is just OK??

Go have a look at a quilt in any chain/department store. Thats what the finished product looks like.

I can't believe that people are actually impressed with these videos. I find it discusting that we as a nation are still buying products that are made in these kind of conditions and only because it makes it cheaper on us. freakin amazing!
