I'm not making alot of Christmas gifts anymore, but today I made 12 red and green felt Christmas Stockings to use as gifts bags for the preschool dept at my church. I used the Snap Happy closing. They turned out pretty cute for gift bags.

Vowed for the last 3 years that I would start making my gifts prior to Thanksgiving weekend. Have succeeded. Started last weekend quilting and knitting. If nothing more, I have actual ideas of what I plan to make and all materials available.

Hope I can get them all done

I have completed my last Christmas quilt gift about an hour ago. I created 6 quilts for the grand children.

we exchange with my sisters and brothers (8). Last year I made table runners and they loved them. This year they asked if they were getting any more quilted items (usually we exchange ornaments but last year was special as I reconnected with some of them after 5 years of being estranged).

One sister hinted for a quilt- I told her to come over nad make it hereself. :) Actually, making some table toppers for the guys (2) and tote bags for the girls (6) (if I can master a bow tucks I may do them). I found some awesome deals this summer for note pads and pens and shopping lists, etc. to fill them.
