Such a sweet quilt. I am sure your DGD will love it. It has very cute fabrics in it and the quilting is darling.

Thanks for the posting. I am just on the cusp of making a quilt for a sweet little girl that will be arriving in September. This may be the perfect choice. Lovely colors and use of scraps.

That is a happy, scrappy, colorful baby girl heart quilt! I LOVE the results with these heart blocks. I made ~80 red hearts for our oldest dd a few years back. She found out what I was doing and put in her request of a rainbow of colors, not just red. I obliged. However, afterwards I had many left over hearts, of all colors. Still using some of them for a quick quilt when needed. I've made three tops so far with the left overs!

Nice colors in your quilt! It's refreshing to see the hearts in pastel colors! Keep up the nice work!

I just love it. I'm drawn to the bright girly quilts. Good thing I have 2 girls. but they already have a couple of quilts, each.
When you made this quilt, did you assemble it as 9 patches, and then cut them apart, or assemble each quarter section separately?
