I guess I might be odd, but I change my needle with every project. New project, new needle. If I change projects before I'm done with one, the needle goes into the basket where the project is stored and I put a new needle in the machine. I don't really care what's in the machine at any given time because I'm not going to use it on any other project ...

Felt bad 
as so many of you liked the organiser and even pm'd me, I had a look on the Internet and found one here. It's $12 for the downloadable version so you won't have to pay the $30 at least
