I just love that yellow fabric with the chickens on it! I had some of that once....you do have to fussy cut it but those chicks are so cute, it's worth it. I just ordered fabric today, so I'll sign up next week for 6 sets, once it arrives and I get it cut up.

Yep! I got extra chick fabric just for that reason! Most of my others are "toss" fabrics. And I found (in my stash) the cutest CAMERA fabric that I forgot about! Bought it in a quilt shop on Phoenix for this swap...

Should start cutting, but my right wrist is sore from all of last month's cutting. I did too much at once. Silly me - won't do that again...it kind of gave me a scare.

So.....regarding I Spy charms...on Friday, I've invited some freshman girls from my son's high school to come make fabric I Spy books for kids staying at Children's Hospital. These pictures are my first attempt, but I plan to simplify with easier layouts. What do you think?!
