I received my DQ from my partner and it is gorgeous. I truly love it. My husband thought it was really nice and the colors coordinated was his terminology. Got to love them.

    Gorgeous quilt! Who made it?
Hmmm. Something weird going on. I'm not getting email notices of posts. What a bother.

I received a PM from Donna H-M on 4/23/12. She mailed her doll quilt to Me (Aunt Janey) on 4/23/12. I took her doll quilt to my quilt guild meeting last night. My quilt to her was mailed this afternoon. Both were priority mail. I can't wait to see what she is sending. She is going to post pictures of both quilts as I have no camera (stolen in a robbery here at the house). Have really had a few problems and the fact that I didn't completely read the requirements. I will read them all from now on before I sign up.

wanda lo and craftykk,, i don't mind being your partner-- i like to do binding. it's the actual quilting that i find difficult! believe me, most of us newer qb members have one part or another we find challenging, if not impossible. you'd be surprised how many people 'farm' parts out to others to do, or are still practicing trying to get better! no way are you alone, so don't worry about it.
aunt janey-- it's ALWAYS quilter's choice on the swap. the theme is only if you want to, there's no have to! so, i hope you will join us in may, and just have a good time!!
