i ordewred and got the wrong fabric when i called them they said keeo what you got and well send you right fabric no charge i like them alot

Great online site, I have used them often. I received an order of fabric that was very coarse and too heavy for my purpose, I contacted them and they sent a free shipping label for a return and credit! Good customer service.

I order from them alot. So far no problems, even when I returned 6 skeins of yarn not meant for me, orders were missed labled. Sometimes their cuts have been a lttle wonky but they do give you 37 inch cuts so things can be straightened out. Love the free shipping and coupon times.
