    Wonderful work! Grandma will sure enjoy using it and your young lady is building her "possibilities bag" (of talents). YAY! It's nice to hear of young ones doing GOOD and caring about their families. Kudos to you for helping/teaching her.

    You know, quilts don't have to be complex to be stunning. I think this "first" quilt is absolutely beautiful. And I don't think the proud smile on that angelic face has a thing to do with how pretty it is! Lucky grandma!

    PS. That settles it. When my grandson comes this summer I am going to teach him to quilt. He asked me last summer and we didn't have time. This year, quilting school first thing!
