I have that tool. I use it to measure a scant 1/4" on my sewing machine. I also buy their seam guides that you stick 1/4" from the needle. They are very thick and really hold securely without leaving residue. I absolutely adore your quilt. I can't believe you did that all by hand. I'm impressed! And I'm a dog lover as well, and he's adorable!

Beautiful...my guess is that anyone who can finish one of these by hand, no less, is no longer an inexperienced quilter. Great job, I would never have the patience, and my hands and eyes would give out after the first row. Great Job!
