I would be lying if I didn't tell you that it was very frustrating trying to get all the corners to line up. When I finished the quilt I banned it to the closet and I haven't looked at it since. I find that sometimes if my naughty quilts stay in the closet for awhile, I like them better when their time out is over.

I love the colors in your triangle quilt!!!! Violet red goes with everything!!!! Also love the black and grey background on your lone star!!!! Very nice work!!!
The first quilt is Mystical Mountains from the book, "The Quilts of Shangri-La" by Jason Yenter.
Next, is the quilt Bejeweled in the book, "Floragraphix" also by Jason Yenter. Can you tell I love his quilts?
The third quilt is a baby girl quilt called Playful by Aneela Hoey.
After these 3 relatively easy quilts I wanted to challenge myself so I just started working on the center block of the Aviatrix Medallion quilt. I have only been quilting 5 years and this is probably the hardest block I have done. I don't usually press seams open, but I thought is was needed in this block.
You can see which quilt one of my inspectors has chosen as his favorite.
