I bought mine at JoAnn's with my 40% off coupon. I don't recall what the original price was, though. You can get them at quilt stores but they're more expensive.

And for anyone in Europe I had mine from http://www.asding.com - they have all sizes, £5, and minimal postage.

I've tried FMQ on two bed sized quilts. And I know now that I should have tried something much smaller to start off. Your FMQ is beautiful. What type of sewing machine do you have? And did you use a quilting pattern to draw it out on your fabric first. I've been pretty frustrated at my attempts, but you've given me some hope.

Debbie, I have a Janome 6600. No, no drawn pattern on the fabric. But I did practice drawing on paper alot.
Have you seen my post about Sally Terry's "Hooked on Feathers" book. My fmq has improved alot since I got the book - the method is so easy and forgiving.
