Charsima, Honestly once again you prove that you could make a burlap bag look fabulous! Gorgeous quilt and amazing quilting. By "cheater" fabric, do you mean that pattern is the fabric? If so, you made it look quilted!

    What is MQX?

Re: Fabric Depot: It's my FAVORITE place to buy quilt fabrics other than a wholesale fabric store on Harry Hines Blvd which I frequent when I'm in Dallas. The Yard Sale room at Fabric Depot in back and out in the yard when the weather is nice are my favorite. I begin there and then look at the other fabrics on the main floor (that have been on sale for 35% off when I've been there). I went during the quilt show a few weekends ago and bought waaaaay too much fabric.

Another question: Why did you use two layers of batting? I've been wondering how to make my quilts THICKER without using poly batting.

I like DogHouseMom's idea of striped binding to go with circles. Fabric hunting time...love it.

Absolutely stunning!! How about pulling the purple or lavender from the circles to use for the border? You can send it to me when you're done showing it! OMG!! My colors and everything!!

As usual, you did a beautiful job. I love the way you are able to show so many patterns of your FMQ. It doesn't look like a cheater--just a gorgeous quilt!

Absolutely beautiful!! Your choice of fabric is pretty but it is the qilting that makes it pop.
