    It looks like near-like fabric sewn together like in a crazy quilt - and then the petals cut out from that - am I right? It sure is pretty - love it...

    It is simply piecing together scraps of similar colors and cutting applique pieces from the "new piece of fabric". Tons of fun. I'm ready to do another one!
