Well I haven´t given up all hope I am still going to fight to find out what has happened to these blocks and would the sender of the parcel, please, please, either go with the insurance route or continute to pester her post office and if she says again it got to Spain, just remember to tell her yes it got to the customs but not to the sender which is what they are responsible for.

Now I am off on holiday

I agree, I am not ready to write these tops off either!! It is supposed to be a Christmas present for one of my girls! I have the first one back and I amd still praying and hoping that this one arrives home too!! Now I am to the point that I don't care when it arrives just as long as it does! Christmas or later!!

I know...I'd hate for you to only end up with one of those cute quilts.

Hi, I went to the Post office fully expecting to pick up your parcel, but it was something else posted from the USA on the 9th September and just arriving.

No sign of your yet though Cutebuns.

Hi everyone, Just popping in to say no luck with the Customs, I have written to both the Customs and the Carrier called Speedtrans but no reply yet, maybe Monday. Will telephone Monday at least I will get my friend to do it for me just in case I miss something. Its so bad I feel really sick about the whole thing. Sandpat has just pointed out to me that no one in this group has received their top back????
Weird.

Well today I hunted through the web page for the Speedtrans Carrier and found this out after a lot of problems I copied the page for you all .
Mailing code: CP731393933US
Fechas Estados
03/08/2010 Accepted
04/08/2010 Dispatch from the point of origin international office
06/08/2010 Delivery to the destination international office
09/08/2010 En trámite de Importación - Emitido aviso al Destinatario
06/10/2010 Dispatch from the point of origin international office

Now, do you think that after all this time they are actually dispatching it to me ??? I simply don´t know. They have had it such a long time now.

For those of us in the US who might not be familiar, Europeans write the date as DAY/MONTH/YEAR, so that last date is October 6, not June 10.

Hope it gets to you soon, Elle!!

Thanks Gai, lived here so long its normal to see the date written like that. Yes so its in transit ...somewhere.... from the 6th October, so there is hope yet. It may go back to America or with a lot of luck it might just end up here where it will be welcomed with open arms.
