    Gorgeous! Did you follow a purchased/free pattern? I still have quite a few of my Dad's shirts and this would be a wonderful project !

    What a fantastic quilt. I hope you will come back to this topic and elaborate on the construction of the quilt. As the LA quilter, you should be able to tell if this was NT applique or fused raw edge, or prepared machine applique. I would be very interested to know.

    The maker definitely created a unique and beautiful memory quilt. I love it.

    Silly me, I just reread your post and you said machine appliqued, but was it done with fusible or prepared (turned under) applique?
