I want to revise my #1 Favorite color: blue (like deep royal, etc.) and other colors, too . . . except gray (don't know why on that one )

vovoa I'm excited to get your 1st mug rug ever! They are so fun to make, I'm sure it won't be your last I sewed on yours and it is done, just have to get it packaged up.
I finally found a tutor to teach me about my embroidery machine. I'm so excited she is coming today. Hope my brain will soak it all up so I can finally use it! That would be nice since it's been sitting for a couple of years. The only designs I've done are the ones built in.

My mug rug is done & I have the extras done, too. Just have to get it packaged up. Oh, but first I have to show a friend of mine what I did, & I will see her on Tuesday. So it won't be going anywhere in the next few days!

jaba -- what kind of embroidery machine do you have? I have the PE500 & still don't know anything about it. I didn't want to get anything too challenging, but I've had this one for quite a while! I did discover that it didn't talk to my Mac, which may explain a few things. I'm hoping it will play nicely with a PC!

And we will have two more mug rugs to see this month, thanks to KLTQuilts & Melanie Rudy, who have been paired up.

Your "profile" makes me laugh...mine is almost identical I woke up this morning to the chickadees singing their cute good-mornings and it made me happy. Welcome to Canada anytime. We have so many fantastic cities. You would love Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal.

Thanks for the "invite" Melanie - maybe you could give us some good traveling advice in the near (like within the next 2 years - after I get DH better motivated - ha, ha, ha) future.

Anyway, I do look forward to being April partner's in crime
