My mailbox was over flowing this morning! I had 7 envelopes from the BoomBesties and 4 from the BoomBuddies! My mailman must have been squished  He brought me squishes from: AnnTherrien, Bibliostone, MarieM and JaneCat (the red calico-I had a Ragged Ann dress made from an almost identical print, says something about a pattern if it's still around, and liked, around 30 years later  )

My goal is still to try to get blocks done before I have the opportunity to mail my fabric-but I won't hold up mailing my fabric, F8s will go out as soon as possible.

Hope everyone's having fun with their squishes!
Shaysmema, my prayers are with you and your family, take care!

I mailed out all 35 squishies today. My husband called and said I'd received a bunch - I'll post tonight who they were from.

Hello fellow buddies, I hope everyone is staying warm in this weird weather we are having. The Mailman brought me F8's from mariem, sewwhat85, and bibliostone. Awesome fabrics ladies, they are just chattering away, getting lots of ideas.

Today I received f8's from bibliostone, MarieM and shaysmema. I'm suprised we had mail. We got about 8" of snow last night and that is not something we are used to :). It has been nice other than my internet was out all day!

I have 2 blocks finished and another started, but probably won't get to the post office until Wednesday. That's when I'll also mail the rest of my f8's.

I've struggled with my first 2 blocks in staying within my 1/4" seam allowance..man its sure different when your block belongs to someone else :). The first block i had to unpick totally and resew and the second block I had to unpick certain sections.

Hopefully I get more accurate and this gets easier because it's giving me headaches...lol. I'm not a newbie quilter but this is sure making me feel like one!

    Well, back to sewing!
