Jackpot in the mail today!!! So much the mailman couldn't leave it in the box so he put it safely in our pickup. Almost didn't check it today but wow am I happy I did.

Got my 2nd fabric to make F8's, so it's in the washer as I type...will send out the rest of my fabric on Wednesday! Think "Fun & Happy" for it...the brighter the better!
lmattick and down to the bottom of the listing will get it.

My favorite block is the Sawtooth Star. I like it as it's traditionally done with the solid center, and I also like it with a 9-patch or pinwheel in the center. And the Variable Star too - which is the Sawtooth with the square in a square center. But don't have this lead you in your block choice. Half the fun here is being surprised at what each person is inspired to create. :-D

Thanks, I could nto remember. If ya put the maroon with the colors I sent, then it will look nice. If you have it. I am fine with anything except feminine.
Hehe, cool. Washington stuff! I think I've got him covered on the 'Manly' Man Quilt block. :>
Sounds great. I will be glad to get his done. This way I thought it would make it easier for me than to try and put together a whole quilt with differnt blocks for it by myself. This way I get to deal with all kinds of different fabric to make a quilt for everyone else. He is a real social person and makes friends easily. Nice young man if any of you are young enough. I will definitely post a picture of him with his quilt for everyone here. Thanks for all the fun help with it.

This is my 1st big swap and I cant beleive the diversity of material that people pick! Its fun to try to match the colors with a design that I think the people will like! Got 6 in the mail yesterday, hope to have them done by end of the week and on the road again! THANKS for all the help you all have given me!!
