I'm not sure of the name. It is from BlockBase on Electric Quilt software and the number is 3222. The name is located in the Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns, when you look up that number.
I'm glad you liked it. It was fun to make.

Hmmm. I have EQ5 but I never use it. I will have to go see if it is there. Thank you.

You won't find it on EQ. I bought it as an add-on and its very expensive, but I find it very useful.

Carsey,
Thank you for the beautiful block that you sent to me. The floral fabric really encompasses all the colors of the other fabric samples I sent you!

LOL>>> I bet you could design a PP pattern for it :).

I think it's quite striking myself. If you imagine a "grid" over it, you could do it in HST I think without too much trouble for a great piecer such as yourself.

I know it wasn't made with HST but I can't do the measurements of the slanted pieces. I just aren't that talented y'all, lol.

Look at the grid line and see the HST pattern

Hm...

Blocks would be 3 1/2. For trimming triangles the block would probably be 3 7/8 cut normally and then you mark the diagonal

Yes/No? Anyone who is better at math.

It is a cool pattern. :)
