Okay so I have to confess...I have made 5 quilts and have not made a binding for any of them. I guess it is because I don't understand how to do it.

My Grandmother started to teach me how to quilt. She has since come down with Alztimers and does not even remember quilting. There is no one to show me how to do it now.

Can you help?

Try Goggling "quilt binding". There are lots of video tutorials out there now.

Once you get through 1 or 2, you won't put them off anymore. I LOVE doing the binding now after reading all the tutorials on this site!

I am with them. Watch a video and once that you learn the technique, you will love to bind! I love the way binding "finishes" the quilt.

I was right in the same boat you are in at one time. I found a great book, that I finally understood. Now I love to finish the beautys that I created. Keep searching, you will find your ninch. Really...Wish I was there to help you.
