    Yeah!!

I need to speak with my girlfriend. She's a real-estate developer who specializes in small developments that have homes with acreage and people of a like-mind. She's done an "artists" development in VA, a "horsey" development in VT, a "kennel" development in PA, and is now working on a "green and off the grid" development in TX.

I want one for sewers/quilters with a sewing center that all could use.

I've had my husband help me once but it's much easier to do myself than have him help!

Oh my Gosh! That WOULD BE HEAVEN! I don't think there is enough land for that though, with all the people who would want to live there! :)

What a cool profession your girlfriend chose. Actually my mom lives in community near Las Vegas that is kind of like that. The community center has a huge sewing workshop area with all different kinds of machines, cutting tables, and a LA! I just about fainted when I saw it. And all the machines were nice ones, Janomes, Berninas, Husqvernas the whole gammet. When the sewing center is open there are always a few ladies in there using it. They have other workshops too, ceramics, computers, etc.
